Design intelligent digital business processes and continuously develop international ERP landscapes – this position is aimed at experienced ERP specialists who want to combine modern Microsoft technologies with business understanding and actively drive sustainable digitalisation.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the support, optimisation and further development of a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
Analysis and digitalisation of complex business processes with a focus on supply chain and operations
Planning and implementation of international ERP transformation and rollout projects
Development of innovative solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate and AI-supported Copilot technologies
Consulting internal departments regarding process optimisation and digitalisation
Integration of ERP, business intelligence, document management and other business applications
Identification of automation potentials and introduction of modern workflow solutions
Collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects and technical specialists
Evaluation of new Microsoft technologies and their integration into the system landscape
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or comparable enterprise ERP solutions
Practical experience in optimising digital business processes and ERP system landscapes
Knowledge in the areas of supply chain, finance or production processes
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI or Copilot technologies is an advantage
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Interest in cloud technologies, AI, business automation and modern process digitalisation
