Mechanic / Automation Technician - High-Tech Medical Technology (m/f/d)

As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for motivated and committed Mechanics / Automation Technicians - High-Tech Medical Technology for a temporary assignment of one year with the option of extension.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• You assemble components and complete systems according to technical manufacturing documents and work instructions.
• You carry out assembly and testing work carefully and document it digitally or on paper in accordance with applicable quality and compliance requirements (GxP).
• You inspect the fully assembled systems and independently identify and document any deviations.
• You independently rectify minor deviations according to specifications or involve the relevant specialists if necessary.
• You actively contribute your ideas to the continuous improvement process (CIP) and help to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
• Together with your team, you ensure that production targets are met on time and with high quality.

Must-Haves

• A completed technical education, for example as a polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, electrical installer, mechatronics technician, bicycle or motorcycle mechanic, precision mechanic or plant and apparatus builder.
• Good IT skills and enjoyment in working with digital systems.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for understanding and assembling complex devices and systems.
• A strong quality awareness and a careful working style.
• A quick grasp and willingness to learn new things.
• Team spirit, reliability and flexibility.
