We are looking for our Arc-en-ciel Day Centre to support our beneficiaries in their daytime activities a:

Your mission :

• Support beneficiaries in various individual or group activities, ensuring they are structured, predictable and promote learning.
• Contribute to the development of each person’s individual projects, providing active support in their implementation.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team, with internal and external partners, to ensure a coherent and quality approach.

What we expect from you:

• Training as a Socio-Professional Master, Social Educator or equivalent.
• Experience and a genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities, with a particular focus on beneficiaries with ASD.
• Energy, autonomy, creativity and flexibility on a daily basis to adapt your interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills, essential to facilitate smooth communication with teams and file management.
