Deputy Department Manager in In-House Bakery
Responsibilities
- What a delicious aroma! As deputy, you lead the in-house bakery department with the aim of providing our customers with a pleasant shopping experience regarding freshness and quality.
- With great care, you bake bread and pastries yourself.
- You ensure that the products offered on the shelves are always available and make our customers’ mouths water.
- You care about our customers’ concerns and always respond to their questions or wishes in a friendly manner.
- In the absence of the department manager, you take on full responsibility for the department with enthusiasm.
Requirements
- You have already gained professional experience in a bakery or ideally have completed basic training as a baker or confectioner.
- Knowledge of the products in the bread/bakery goods area is an advantage.
- You are fully committed to serving the customer.
- You have excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written.
- Are you confident with new IT tools? Perfect!
