Role:

As a Workplace Engineer:in Intune & Microsoft 365, you take responsibility for the operation and further development of Windows clients and mobile devices in the Microsoft 365 environment. Your toolkit includes Microsoft Intune (MEM), Windows Autopilot, and PowerShell. Instead of just processing tickets, you look for sustainable solutions and set technical standards. Those who think about endpoint management holistically and consider identity and security will find plenty of scope for creativity here.

Responsibilities:

• You administer Intune for iOS, Windows, and Android devices and continuously expand device configurations, compliance policies, and security requirements.

• You prepare applications as packages and distribute them automatically to the end devices.

• You manage update rings, quality and feature updates, and keep the client environment always up to date.

• You analyse complex issues related to policies, enrolment, or updates at 2nd and 3rd level and eliminate recurring problems at the root.

• Furthermore, you automate the assignment of licences, permissions, and device profiles when employees join or leave.

• You also optimise SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, plan changes and migrations, and further develop operational concepts.

Qualifications:

• You bring several years of experience in client, workplace, or endpoint engineering, ideally at least 3 years.

• You are confident working with Windows 11 and 10 as well as in the Microsoft 365 world, including OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Modern endpoint management with MDM, MAM, compliance, and configuration profiles is part of your daily routine.

• You apply experience with Autopilot, software packaging, and Windows Update for Business purposefully.

• Additionally, you have a solid understanding of how security, identity, and endpoint management interact, complemented by practical scripting skills.

• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, write fluently in German, and communicate easily in English.
