For our ROSSMANN branch located in Lausanne, we are looking for a flexible, responsible, and motivated person to take on the role of branch manager (m/f/d) at 100%, starting from 01.01.2027 or a date to be agreed upon.

The employment contract is permanent.

• You lead, supervise, and motivate your team while remaining attentive to your colleagues’ concerns. You are committed to supporting and developing your team.
• You analyse economic indicators, deduce appropriate measures, and thus ensure the success of your branch.
• You are responsible for the effective implementation of our concepts and ensure compliance with the highest quality standards regarding product presentation and customer service.

• You have completed training in retail (for example as a drugstore specialist or in a related sector) and have solid management experience.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, can motivate a team and lead it towards common goals, and also consider your own personal development as part of your success.
• Numbers, data, and facts form the basis of your effective decision-making.
• You communicate fluently in French.
