Team Leader – Industrial Pipefitter (M/F)

Within our Sigma Temporary – Industry & Technology department, we are pleased to collaborate with a renowned company based in Valais, active in the field of construction and industrial installations.

To strengthen its teams, we are looking for a:

Your mission

• Reading and interpretation of isometric drawings and piping plans
• Taking measurements, marking out and preparing components
• Prefabrication, assembly and installation of industrial piping networks
• On-site assembly and adjustment
• Preparation of components before welding
• Checking the conformity of work according to plans
• Organisation and anticipation of site requirements
• Management and coordination of a team
• Task allocation and monitoring of work progress
• Compliance with quality requirements and safety regulations

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma in a technical field related to the role or equivalent training, a real advantage
• Proven experience in industrial pipefitting
• Excellent command of reading plans and isometric drawings
• Experience in managing or coordinating a team
• Very good knowledge of piping assembly and installation
• Autonomous, precise and organised
• Good sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Comfortable in an industrial and site environment
• Driving licence essential
