Draughtsperson (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 75,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a qualified professional for architectural planning and draughting project work in a versatile architectural office. You will support the planning and realisation of demanding new build and conversion projects and participate in architectural competitions and study commissions. Your main tasks include creating project and execution plans with Archicad, 3D modelling, and visualising architectural concepts with Cinema 4D. The position offers varied tasks across different SIA service phases and the opportunity to apply creative and technical skills in various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Creation and processing of architectural plans for new build, conversion, and renovation projects in various planning phases
Development of preliminary project, construction project, and execution plans including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings
Digital building modelling with Archicad as well as maintenance and further development of 3D architectural models
Development of constructive detail solutions for building envelopes, façades, interior fittings, and technical connections
Participation in architectural competitions and study commissions including preparation of competition plans, presentation materials, and design representations
Creation of 3D visualisations and architectural presentations with Cinema 4D to illustrate design and concept ideas
Support in preparing building permit documents and compiling the necessary plans and evidence
Coordination and integration of specialist planner documents from structural engineering, building services, and building physics
Review and updating of plan documents considering building regulations, relevant SIA standards, and project-specific requirements
Creation of layouts, presentations, and project documentation using common graphic, layout, and office applications
Support for architects and project managers in technical project work and preparation of planning and coordination meetings
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture
Professional experience in an architectural office and in handling new build, conversion, or renovation projects is an advantage
Good to very good user knowledge of Archicad, especially in 2D plan processing and 3D building modelling
Knowledge of Cinema 4D or comparable visualisation software for architectural models and presentations is an advantage
Solid knowledge in creating construction project, building permit, and execution plans as well as in constructive detail work
Confident use of common layout, graphic, and office programmes as well as knowledge of Swiss building regulations and relevant SIA basics
Good German language skills in spoken and written form for technical plan processing and project documentation
