Do you have proven expertise in payroll and are ready to take on new professional challenges? Our client is recruiting a Payroll Manager (M/F/D) to oversee payroll management for a renowned hotel group.
Job Description:
The role: You will hold a key position in managing payroll for several group establishments, working closely with operational, HR and financial teams.
Expected responsibilities of the role:
- Complete and autonomous management of the payroll cycle for 700 to 850 employees.
- Preparation, verification and closing of monthly payrolls within deadlines and legal requirements.
- Rigorous management of payroll variables specific to the hospitality industry.
- Monitoring and control of data transmitted by establishments and various departments.
- Point of reference for payroll-related questions, support for employees and managers.
- HR administrative support beyond payroll preparation.
- Deadline management with organisation and prioritisation.
- Collaboration with operational teams to provide appropriate responses.
- Monitoring, analysing and ensuring the reliability of HR indicators and payroll-related data.
- Proposing improvements for processes and data quality.
- Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changes impacting payroll management.
- Working closely with Finance and various contacts within the establishments.

Profile sought:
Required experience: You must have confirmed initial experience in payroll management in Switzerland, ideally in a complex, multi-site environment.
Skills expected for the role:
- Autonomous mastery of the entire payroll cycle.
- Comfort with a large volume of data and numerous variables, ideally in hospitality.
- Organisation, rigour, simultaneous management of tasks with tight deadlines.
- Excellent sense of priorities, adaptability to unforeseen events.
- Partnership approach with managers.
- Comfort with numbers and data analysis.
- Curiosity and ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Autonomy, reliability, discretion and excellent sense of confidentiality.
- Fluency in French, English is an asset.
- Comfort with IT tools and payroll management software, knowledge of Mirus is a plus.
