Mandate Manager Fiduciary 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 120,000Responsibilities:
- You independently manage mandates for SMEs and private clients to competently handle their financial concerns.
- You prepare annual financial statements according to OR to provide a clear overview of your clients’ financial situation.
- You advise and support clients on tax and legal matters to assist them with important decisions.
- You take responsibility for payroll accounting and social insurances to ensure correct processing of these procedures.
- You assist with company formations, restructurings, and liquidations to guide clients through all phases of their business.
- You prepare VAT returns and monitor deadlines to comply with legal requirements.
- You maintain accounting records and prepare interim financial statements to continuously provide financial transparency.
- You work closely with the audit team and external partners to offer optimal support for your clients.
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship providing a solid foundation for your work.
- You have successfully completed further training as a fiduciary with a federal diploma (eidg. FA), underpinning your expertise.
- You have several years of experience in fiduciary services, enabling you to competently support your clients.
- Good knowledge of tax law and VAT allows you to advise your clients comprehensively and competently.
- You are proficient in Sage or Abacus, which supports you efficiently in daily work.
- You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented, helping you to master challenges confidently.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in client support distinguish you, and you are happy to assist your clients with advice and action.
- Excellent German language skills are one of your strengths; additional language skills are an advantage.
