HR Specialist 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As an HR specialist, you are the central point of contact for all personnel-related matters. You manage the entire employee lifecycle - from personnel administration through employee support to exit. In doing so, you take care of:

• Creating employment contracts, references, and other HR documents

• Maintaining and managing personnel master data as well as temporary employees

• Processing monthly payroll in collaboration with accounting

• Responsible for recruiting commercial apprentices, practical trainers, and vocational trainers

• Reporting accidents and sickness notifications

• Coordinating further training measures

• Supporting recruiting processes and personnel development

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in HR

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR position

• Sound knowledge of labour law and payroll accounting

• Confident handling of Abacus and MS Office

• Strong communication skills and service orientation

• Discretion and a high degree of trustworthiness

• Structured and independent working style
