Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Our Rocken partner operates a modern health centre and ensures long-term care for a large municipal association. At two locations, inpatient, semi-inpatient and outpatient services are provided for people in need of care – from general long-term care to psychiatric geriatrics, palliative care, dementia focus, and rehabilitative acute and transitional care. The range of services also includes a regional Spitex, which provides outpatient care for several contract municipalities. Responsibilities:
You take on a central role in payroll and ensure flawless handling of all payroll-related processes in compliance with legal requirements.
When there are changes in social insurance and withholding tax law, you ensure that relevant adjustments are implemented correctly and on time.
You are responsible for preparing various annual and final documents, from social insurance and withholding tax statements to salary certificates.
You reconcile the payroll monthly, thereby ensuring high data and closing quality.
You prepare key figures and statistics for HR and managers and derive relevant evaluations from them.
You participate in HR projects or take over their management and contribute your expertise to optimising payroll and HR processes.
You further develop existing HR systems and tools together with HR management and support their efficient use and documentation.
Qualifications:
A further education in HR, payroll or payroll accounting forms your professional basis.
You already bring sound knowledge in Swiss social insurance, labour law, withholding tax and payroll.
Thanks to your good Excel skills, you can evaluate, prepare and present data in a structured and comprehensible manner.
You are IT-savvy and enjoy engaging with HR systems, digital solutions and process improvements.
You have confident German language skills.
