Finance & Accounting Specialist 50% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for accounting, internal controls, monthly and annual financial statements

• Support with external audits and analysis of financial business processes

• Support of management in the finance area in cooperation with Head Office Belgium

• Preparation of statutory tax returns, financial reports and documentation

• Preparation of audit documents for client visits

• Accounting for branches Buchs (Switzerland) and Vaduz (Liechtenstein)

• Budget and forecast for both locations

• Contact person for accounting audits

• Ad-hoc analyses and controlling tasks

• Coordination with division and department heads as well as project controlling

• Participation in Project Progress Reviews

• Contact person for local financial management and enquiries from the Belgian Head Office

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in Accounting, Finance, Banking or Taxation

• Good MS Office skills and experience with accounting software (ideally Exact)

• Initial IFRS knowledge

• Very good German and English skills

• Analytical thinking and understanding of business processes

• Independent, structured and reliable working style

• High resilience and communicative personality

• Motivation for further training
