tasks:

• you will be involved in the execution and detailed planning of conversions as well as renovation projects
• in doing so, you create construction plans and visualisations of building projects
• you also maintain contact with architects, clients and authorities
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a qualification as an architectural draughtswoman / draughtsman or as a structural draughtswoman / structural draughtsman (with Swiss EFZ qualification)
• a confident handling of Archicad and BIM is an advantage, but not a requirement
• do you also describe yourself as conscientious, well organised and able to work independently?
