Your area of responsibility
- You will take over the food and beverage service for our patients and their relatives in the children’s hospital
- You order and serve the meals according to medical specifications and ensure a pleasant atmosphere
- Together with nursing, nutritional counselling, kitchen and housekeeping, you ensure smooth processes in the background and charming service at the front
- You actively help to build a committed patient service team in the children’s hospital and help shape the quality
Your experience
- You have completed a gastronomy or hotel management apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence and have experience in service or room service. Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- You approach children, adolescents and relatives with friendliness, empathy, discretion and patience
- Your reliable personality and high service orientation distinguish you and you have sound PC user skills
- You speak very good German (min. B2), ideally know other national or foreign languages and keep an overview even in lively situations
Your prospects
- You will become part of a newly emerging team and can help shape the service culture in the new building of the Central Switzerland Children’s Hospital from the start
- You benefit from regulated shifts. Your assignments are planned 6 weeks in advance and last until 7.30 pm at the latest. On average, you work two weekends per month
