IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 125,000Responsibilities:
- You ensure the stable operation of local IT from workplace technologies to production-critical systems.
- In this role, you coordinate incidents as the local escalation point with global teams and external partners.
- As an IT system landscape administrator, you support production, engineering and business in IT matters and translate requirements into functioning solutions.
- You accompany projects, rollouts and changes and ensure that new technologies are effectively used in daily operations.
- In this role, you maintain and support local applications and infrastructure, ensuring documented, secure and compliant system operation.
- You actively participate in the further development of IT services and take turns in the team to provide on-call duties to ensure IT operations outside regular working hours.
Qualifications:
- You have training in computer science (system technology) or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a system engineer or IT operations role distinguish you.
- You work confidently with Microsoft technologies such as M365, Windows and Active Directory; experience with Azure is an advantage.
- You have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks and IT security.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the requirements in production or industrial environments from practical experience.
- You convince with strong customer orientation, a structured, solution-oriented working style with ownership, as well as very good German and English skills.
