CDI SA develops software and provides IT services for healthcare, the book market, and other B2B clients. Around fifty employees in Givisiez, clients in Switzerland and internationally, and systems that handle sensitive data daily.

To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a

System Engineer (80-100%)specialised in Linux systems and virtualised infrastructures

Your tasks

Monitor, containerise and participate in infrastructure deployments and developments

Administer and operate Linux and virtualised infrastructures

N2/N3 support for clients and development teams

Ensure technological watch around our strategic products

Your profile

Essential

Recognised training in IT (Technical School, CFC or equivalent) and 3 years of experience in system administration.

Strong mastery of Linux in a production environment

Experience with virtualisation (VMware) and containerisation (Docker)

Experience in monitoring and 2nd and 3rd level support in a client context

Good knowledge of French and English; Swiss nationality or valid work permit

Proactive and autonomous, comfortable with teamwork and client contact

Assets

Kubernetes, HAProxy, Monitoring (Zabbix/Grafana)

Windows Server administration, Veeam, storage (NFS/LVM)

Administration of SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL databases

Knowledge of the medical field (PACS/Orthanc, Mirth/HL7) or an ISO 27001 environment

Knowledge of German
