In this role, you connect business and IT and lead demanding projects from the idea to successful implementation. You understand both professional requirements and technical contexts and develop digital solutions and optimised processes based on this. You can expect a 40-hour week, 27 to 30 days of holiday, and up to 100% funded further training. Responsibilities:
You gather requirements, analyse them and translate them into technically feasible IT solutions
In this role, you plan, lead, and manage IT and digitalisation projects
As an IT Business Analyst / IT Project Manager, you coordinate departments, IT teams, and external partners and moderate workshops
You specify professional and technical solution approaches and develop concepts, specifications, and decision bases
In this role, you manage project progress, deadlines, costs, risks, and dependencies and ensure clear communication
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in business analysis, process management or IT project management
You bring good project management skills and handle classical, agile, and hybrid methods pragmatically
You work independently, structured, and responsibly, communicate strongly, moderate confidently, and are enthusiastic about IT and digitalisation, with very good German skills and advantageous English skills
