The company relies on a network of 34 agencies located in Switzerland (10) and France (24).

The position:

To support its development and ambitions, Gold Service is looking for a Customer Advisor for the Purchase and Sale of precious metals, for its agency in Neuchâtel, at a 50% workload.

Your mission:

- Ensure the reception, advice and follow-up of customers;

- Inspect and analyse jewellery, ingots, coins, watches and all precious metals;

- Advise clients on investment strategy and placement in precious metals;

- Manage administrative tasks related to the agency's operation;

- Prospecting

- Competitive intelligence

- Enrich the client database

- Increase the agency's turnover by developing the existing client portfolio.

This position is for you if you have these skills…:

- You have training in sales, commerce, watchmaking or jewellery;

- You have a good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP);

- You are proficient in French, as well as English.

Experience in the precious metals sector would be an asset.

Your criminal record extract is clean and your debt collection register extract shows no proceedings.

Contractual elements:

Type of employment:

Permanent contract.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Position based in Neuchâtel.

Agency opening days: Monday to Saturday.

Schedule: daytime work.

Workload for the position: 50%.

An increase in activity rate may eventually be considered in the long term, depending on the needs of the Neuchâtel agency. Occasional travel within the network may also be required according to operational needs.
