Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a reliable and service-oriented individual for accounts receivable management. Our partner is an independent Swiss family business in the medical sector and has been active in laboratory diagnostics for several decades. The company stands for quality, partnership-based cooperation and modern diagnostic services. In this role, you take on an important role in processing outstanding receivables and are the contact person for internal and external departments.
Responsibilities:
You monitor outstanding receivables and take over the entire dunning process
You handle various controlling tasks related to accounts receivable in the laboratory information system
You take over the control of supplier invoices
Support with external debt collection cases as well as posting and control of incoming payments
You carry out administrative tasks as well as telephone and written enquiries
Qualifications:
You have a completed commercial training
You demonstrate a responsible and independent working style
You have knowledge in accounts receivable management or a similar function
Fluent German language skills are required
