Role:
The company is a modern Swiss private clinic specialising in operative and non-operative treatments in the field of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic medicine.
Interdisciplinary collaboration, modern processes and a personal working style shape everyday life. Particularly exciting is the combination of demanding medicine, modern infrastructure and a dynamic environment in which employees can actively help shape the clinic's development.
Responsibilities:
You independently ensure the complete accounting and manage the general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
You take care of the payment transactions and ensure correct and timely processing.
For monthly and annual financial statements, you prepare the necessary documents and create financial analyses and key figures.
In the area of budget planning and controlling, you support the responsible departments with your expertise.
As a reliable interface, you work with fiduciary partners and the audit office.
Qualifications:
Your professional foundation is a commercial apprenticeship supplemented by further training in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification.
You already have several years of experience in independent management of financial accounting.
You are confident in handling the relevant tasks of finance and accounting and have a good understanding of numbers.
Good MS Office skills and a structured way of working are among your strengths.
Reliability, independence and fluent written and spoken German characterise you.
