Your tasks with your new employer

• You lead a specialised controlling team and support its development to strengthen its autonomy and efficiency
• You exploit financial and operational data to highlight useful elements for management and facilitate business decisions
• You coordinate financial planning exercises and contribute to making forecasts and analyses for management more reliable
• You develop activities related to costs and calculations by identifying needs and evolving the necessary skills within the team
• You collaborate with various company stakeholders to understand challenges, challenge results, and advance improvement actions

You offer your new employer

• You have a higher or professional education in finance, controlling, or an equivalent field, providing you with a solid foundation for this role
• You have already held a similar position in an industrial environment and are familiar with reporting, closings, forecasting, and cost analysis
• You communicate easily in French and German
• You work with SAP and Excel and are comfortable with analysis and reporting tools such as SAP Analysis for Office or Power BI
• You are a structured, curious, and collaborative person, capable of quickly understanding situations and creating good dynamics with teams
