Property Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 100,000Role:
In this role, you will manage property accounting and support administrative property management. Your responsibilities combine handling payment transactions with tenant support and coordinating maintenance work.
Responsibilities:
Independent processing of property accounting in Immotop2 including debtors, creditors, payment runs, and dunning procedures
Administrative support of tenancy agreements including drafting rental contracts, maintaining tenant data, and written communication
Assignment and coordination of repair and maintenance orders with craftsmen and service providers
Assistance in preparing and creating service charge statements
Support with viewings, apartment handovers, and key transfers as well as initial lettings when required
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training and practical experience in property accounting
Ideally user knowledge of Immotop2 and confident use of MS Office
Fluent German; French skills are an additional advantage
Independent, reliable working style and a pragmatic approach to problems
Category B driving licence and willingness to attend appointments outside the office
