This is what the professional everyday life looks like

• Caring for patients in the zone model on the ward with around 32 beds
• Managing a zone with the assigned patient group
• Appropriate delegation of nursing tasks to nursing staff
• Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a competent and motivated team of 40 employees

Skills and potential

- Basic: Diploma as a registered nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)

• Preferably: Experience in an acute care setting
• Highly preferred: Strong patient orientation and pronounced organisational skills
• Also: Excellent team player qualities
• Absolutely: Enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
