Sanitation Sector Dispatcher 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the interventions of sanitation teams for a clientele of buildings and property management companies
• Organise daily schedules by optimising human resources and vehicles
• Ensure impeccable administrative follow-up of interventions
• Respond to client requests, advise them and guarantee excellent service follow-up
• Work closely with the sector manager to ensure smooth and efficient organisation
• Ensure the proper conduct of interventions and contribute to continuous process improvement

Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a logistician, planner or equivalent training
• Experience in a dispatcher, planner role or in the sanitation sector is a real asset
• Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and stress resistance
• Ease in managing priorities and strong client orientation
• Good command of common IT tools (Microsoft 365 and ERP)
• Team spirit, communication skills and ability to effectively coordinate various stakeholders
