With your trained eye for quality, you ensure that our products meet the highest standards. In this role, you conduct in-process and release inspections, detect deviations early, and actively contribute to optimising our production processes with your technical understanding.

Workplace: Solothurn

Your Main Tasks

• Conducting in-process and release inspections, sampling, and validations
• Identifying visual and functional deviations in product quality
• Creating deviation reports and quarantining non-conforming parts
• Creating and maintaining the required documentation using common IT applications such as SAP, Word, and Excel
• Supporting the handling of inspection and measuring equipment monitoring (requalifications)
• Actively participating in the continuous improvement process

Your Profile

• Completed basic training (EBA/EFZ) or equivalent professional experience; further training in quality inspection is an advantage
• 3-6 years of professional experience in a similar environment
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system
• Confident use of common IT applications such as SAP, Word, and Excel
• Precise and careful working style as well as practical thinking and technical understanding
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills
• Secure German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B2)
