Are you looking to take on a versatile, autonomous and strategic role within a rapidly evolving industrial environment? We are seeking an Accounting & Logistics Manager to support the development of a production site active in the watchmaking and jewellery sectors.
Job responsibilities:
Accounting: prepare the accounts and act as the link between headquarters and the fiduciary
- Management of day-to-day accounting: suppliers, customers, payments and bank reconciliations.
- Participation in monthly closings, VAT declarations and financial reporting.
- Monitoring and valuation of stocks, including precious materials.
- Coordination with the fiduciary and auditors.
Logistics: ensure the performance of flows
- Supervision of goods, materials and finished products flows.
- Management and reconciliation of stocks between the workshop and Group systems.
- Coordination of suppliers, carriers and customs formalities.
- Ensuring traceability and compliance of logistics documentation.
Management control & Reporting
- Production and transmission of financial data necessary for Group consolidation.
- Participation in cost analyses, monitoring variances and stock valuation.
- Identification and reporting of risks, anomalies or points of attention to Management and the CFO.
As part of its ongoing development, you may be called upon to manage cross-functional projects.
Your profile:
- Training in accounting, controlling or management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience including accounting management, particularly precious material management
- Fluent command of French, fluent English is a real plus
- Enjoy optimisation, be proactive
- Autonomy, rigour and a sense of priorities
