The Finance / Economy Department of the municipality of Baar is seeking, as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement due to the retirement of the current post holder, a clerk for real estate capital gains tax 80-100%.

What you can achieve

Within a small team in the finance department, you will take responsibility for the correct handling of the day-to-day business of the municipalities of Baar and Neuheim. This includes, in particular, assessing tax liability, calculating provisional taxes, obtaining tax returns, and preparing assessments.

Another part of your duties includes the preparation and follow-up of commission meetings in Baar and Neuheim, where the prepared assessments, objections, and tax enquiries are reviewed and approved before you send them out and handle their follow-up. Your area of responsibility is complemented by general administrative tasks as well as responding to telephone and email enquiries. Additional tasks for the Finance / Economy Department will be assigned by agreement.

• Professional experience in the real estate or tax sector is an advantage
