About the job
He or she, as a manager, processes and analyses shortages, delay requests, recommendations, and purchase requests in order to meet the needs of internal customers in accordance with the supply policy (stock optimisation, order amount, optimisation of shipping costs, service rate).
He or she ensures the preparation and monitoring of orders.
He or she ensures the accuracy of supply data (suppliers, references, prices, deadlines, quantities and dates) as well as that of supply parameters and information transmitted to internal customers.
He or she manages the selection and organisation of transport for supply.
He or she coordinates daily exchanges with internal customers and suppliers.
Administrative and operational management
- Handle shortages, delay requests, recommendations and purchase requests from internal customers in order to meet their needs.
- Analyse these situations: study availability, demand dynamics, status of the references concerned (launch, stop, waiting, transition), relevance of forecasts, supplier reliability and transport.
- Prepare orders: adjustment of recommendations, editing, signing.
- Ensure the smooth running of the order: sending, confirmation, verification of compliance with the order and corrective actions, monitoring, follow-up in case of delay, rescheduling, delivery compliance, invoice discrepancy management.
- Adjust supply parameters to meet needs in accordance with the supply policy and ensure the accuracy of supply data.
- Collaborate closely with internal customers as well as with Purchasing and Accounting.
- Ensure coordination and daily exchanges with suppliers.
- Ensure delivery to stock and internal customers.
- Ensure rigorous stock management, including conducting inventories.
- Partially handle operations requiring the use of a forklift truck.

Basic and ongoing training:

- Commercial training CFC or equivalent
