Your Employer

Your Tasks
- Initial telephone consultation in case of suspected card misuse - incoming and outgoing
- Processing of card blocks and arrangement of replacement cards
- Analysis of suspected cases from the early warning system and initiation of appropriate measures for
- Damage limitation
Clean case documentation and close cooperation with internal fraud specialists - Flexible deployment within service hours from 07:00 to 20:00
- Occasional Saturday shifts with compensation in the following week
Your Profile
- Commercial or equivalent training and several years of professional experience in customer contact
- Fluent German and French mandatory; Italian and/or English advantageous
- Structured, independent working style and networked thinking
- Confident appearance, calm argumentation even in emotionally charged conversations
- Confident handling of MS Office
