You have the opportunity to join the Industrial Assets and Vehicles Department and lead a team dedicated to the technical management of equipment essential to operations.

Your responsibilities
Have a vision of the complete lifecycle of the assets under your responsibility, namely:
- The passenger boarding bridges (PBB).
- The station (ADIC) supplying fuel for vehicles, de-icers for aircraft, anti-icing agents and various other services.
- Noise dampers dedicated to engine tests.
- Locksmithing and small electromechanical equipment (lifting platforms, aerial work platforms -)
Be the point of reference and coordinate actions related to aircraft stands with the various asset managers of each profession. In this context, for the assets directly under your responsibility:
- Define the management strategy for these assets (maintenance and operation plan, renewal, development and continuous improvement of equipment)
- Represent the owner of this equipment and ensure control of associated projects
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic) in accordance with supplier and manufacturer instructions, ensuring the coherence of these maintenance operations with a global view of the infrastructure
- Prepare and monitor budgets related to the activities within your scope
- Supervise a team of technicians and organise activities to minimise equipment downtime
- Implement management of critical spare parts to be kept in stock
- Oversee regulatory inspections and safety checks
- Manage the interface between Geneva Airport and subcontractors for preventive and corrective maintenance operations as contract manager
- Ensure traceability of technical operations
- Define, deploy and use performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of activities and guide improvement actions
- This position may involve working irregular hours
You are a qualified technician or engineer in automation or electromechanics. You have at least three years’ experience managing an industrial maintenance service and you
- Have strong skills in automation, particularly in programming and troubleshooting industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs), in Siemens, Schneider Electric, Omron, Phoenix Contact environments.
- Possess good skills in industrial IT (SCADA systems).
- Have good knowledge in locksmithing, mechanics, metal construction, pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to develop privileged relationships with our clients, agents and suppliers.
- Demonstrate a strong team spirit while being able to work independently.
- Effectively withstand the stress induced by the constraints of such an activity.
- Write with ease and master common IT tools.
- Hold a valid car driving licence.
- Have knowledge of English and/or German.
- Have knowledge of the airport sector, which is an asset.
