IT Support Engineer - Microsoft Stack (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
System operation & development: Support and optimisation of the Microsoft-based IT system landscape
Project work: Leading and participating in projects related to digitalisation and IT security
User support & training: Assisting your colleagues with IT questions and conducting training sessions
Representation: Ensuring IT operations during team absences
Partner communication: Collaboration with external IT service providers and suppliers
Qualifications:
Education: Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
Support experience: Practical experience in first-level and ideally also second-level support
Microsoft know-how: Confident handling of MS 365 and common support tools
Language: Very good German skills, both spoken and written
