Clerk Order Processing "Laboratory Supplies" (Temporary with Option for Permanent Employment)
Your Tasks- Independent recording and processing of customer orders
- Preparation of delivery notes, invoices, and other order documents
- Competent telephone and written support and advice for customers
- Correspondence in German, French, and English
- Monitoring delivery dates and close cooperation with purchasing
- Processing returns and repairs including documentation
- Maintenance of master data and support in price and data maintenance
- General administrative tasks as well as reception of customers and suppliers
- Completed commercial training
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- French or Italian skills are an advantage
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- High service orientation and enjoyment of daily customer contact
- Team-oriented, resilient, and willing to learn personality with good manners
- Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
