Do you enjoy being where IT really happens: with infrastructure, users, security, and the continuous improvement of operations? This position combines versatile system administration with modern IT support and insights into professional cyber security services.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable and secure operation of the internal IT landscape
Administration and further development of Microsoft-based systems and cloud services
Support of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, as well as central network and infrastructure services
Monitoring and optimisation of systems, platforms, and technical services
Handling incidents and service requests in 1st and 2nd level support
Analysis of technical faults and development of sustainable solutions
Maintenance and structuring of a central knowledge and documentation platform
Development and further advancement of standardised IT processes and operational documentation
Participation in security monitoring, incident handling, and other cyber security services
Support of managed security operations within a cyber security centre environment
Participation in technical projects related to modernisation, automation, and IT security
Identification of optimisation potentials and implementation of pragmatic improvements
Support in the introduction of modern tools and technologies for IT operations
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field or comparable practical qualification
Experience in IT support, system operations, or a versatile IT operations role
Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, operating systems, and basic network services
Experience with Atlassian products or comparable collaboration and IT service management tools
Interest in cyber security, monitoring, and modern managed services
Ideally, initial experience with security operations, SIEM, or incident management
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and discretion
Enjoy explaining technical contexts clearly and documenting knowledge in a structured way
Team-oriented personality with a strong quality awareness
