Do you recognise optimisation potential before others do? As a Digital Consultant, you connect technology, processes and people and develop solutions that create real added value in daily business.
Responsibilities:
Advising companies on the digitalisation and optimisation of their business processes
Capturing and structuring complex business requirements
Developing innovative solution concepts based on modern ERP and business platforms
Supporting digital transformation projects throughout all project phases
Conducting workshops for process analysis and solution definition
Translating between departments, IT and technical specialists
Planning and coordinating implementations, integrations and data projects
Developing concepts for interfaces and automated business processes
Quality assurance through structured testing procedures and acceptance scenarios
Supporting rollouts, training and organisational changes
Building long-term customer relationships through expert advice
Taking on project management or technical responsibility for complex digitalisation initiatives
Qualifications:
Higher education in computer science, business informatics, business engineering or comparable qualification
Professional experience in IT consulting, ERP consulting, business analysis or digitalisation
Enjoy analysing complex processes and structuring them clearly
Experience with enterprise software and digital business processes
Confident understanding of technical contexts and system integrations
Ideally knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, data migration or process automation
Strong communication skills and a convincing manner with different contacts
High personal responsibility and strong solution orientation
Ability to drive projects forward in a structured way and make decisions
Interest in new technologies and digital business models
