MPC Intern 3+1 (12 months)

The Beausobre Theatre brings the town of Morges to life with its numerous shows and events in the diverse fields of theatre, song, dance, humour, and young audiences. For about thirty years, more than 2500 performances have been presented in this iconic 850-seat venue, not counting the many private performances or those organised by local societies in the region, as well as the town’s two flagship events, namely the Morges-sous-Rire and Diabolo festivals.

For the 2027 school year, the administration of the Beausobre Theatre is looking for a:

Main tasks:

• welcoming at the box office and managing telephone calls
• handling incoming correspondence and drafting letters and various documents
• managing the general email inbox
• taking minutes of the weekly meeting
• collaborating in ticketing management
• creating various Excel spreadsheets
• supporting the coordination of shows and the organisation of events such as Morges-sous-Rire and Diabolo Festival.

We are looking for:

• completed commercial school or gymnasium education by the start of 2027
• good knowledge of common office software
• a cheerful and dynamic personality
• interest in public service and the cultural sector
• autonomy, flexibility, and organisational skills.
