Role:
The company is an internationally oriented engineering and planning service provider supporting private and public clients in demanding construction, infrastructure, and energy projects.
Employees work in interdisciplinary teams on diverse projects and operate at the interface of technology, planning, digitalisation, and sustainable development. This creates a challenging working environment with various disciplines, international interfaces, and numerous opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
For several group companies, you ensure correct accounts payable and receivable processing and reliably handle incoming invoices.
You monitor incoming payments, reconcile bank transactions, and manage ongoing receivables management.
Creating and sending payment reminders as well as subsequent handling of customer feedback and disputed items are part of your duties.
Together with the specialist departments, you clarify open questions regarding invoicing and billing and support various accounting administrative tasks.
Accounting support for joint ventures (INGE) as well as participation in quarterly and annual financial statements also belong to your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of practical experience in accounting and have a corresponding professional qualification in accounting.
Very good MS Office and Excel skills as well as experience with accounting ERP systems are part of your profile.
Carefulness, reliability, and a structured work organisation help you meet deadlines and keep multiple tasks in view simultaneously.
Thanks to your business fluent German and French skills, you communicate confidently in writing; English at B2 level completes your language profile.
