Construction Machine Operator (M/F)

On behalf of several major partner companies in the construction sector active in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for experienced and autonomous construction machine operators. You will be required to operate various modern construction machines and actively participate in earthworks and civil engineering tasks.

Your main duties

• Machine operation: Handling and driving hydraulic excavators (tracked or wheeled, from small to large tonnage), loaders, dumpers or bulldozers according to your licences and the site requirements.

• Site work: Carrying out earthworks, excavations, pipelines, network installation, landscaping and minor demolition.

• Versatility on site: Assistance and manual work on the ground alongside the machine when the site situation requires it.

• Maintenance and safety: Inspection, routine maintenance of the machine and strict compliance with SUVA and site safety instructions.

Your profile

• Experience: Proven and confirmed experience as a construction machine operator in Switzerland.

• Required licences: Holder of machine operator licences (M1, M2, M3, M7 or SUVA / FFE equivalents).

• Skills: High autonomy, precision, initiative and ability to work in a team.

• Driving licence: Driving licence (Cat. B) and personal vehicle highly appreciated for getting to the sites.
