• You are the first point of contact for questions and concerns from learners with their environment, employees as well as external parties regarding the school operation, provide information or initiate further steps.
• Administration in the areas of segregative special school and family-supporting day structures is reliably handled with your support.
• You advise our employees on personnel administrative questions (such as expenses, among others) and support our rectorate in all tasks of student administration.
• You reliably manage the accounting.
• You ensure that our homepage and SharePoint are always up to date and maintain them accordingly.

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have already gained several years of professional experience in a lively service operation, a school or in administration.
• You are proficient in using MS Office and easily handle common computer programmes.
• You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new topics (e.g. new IT tools) and are open to new things.
• Your new team looks forward to your responsible and helpful manner as well as your willingness to take on substitutions during absences.
