Job Description

• Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and nursing within the key worker system

• Responsible for a contemporary nursing process

• Analysing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures and evaluating them

• Contributing to the development of nursing quality and the residential group

• Working in early, late and night shifts

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF or FH.

• High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience

• Goal-oriented, independent and service-oriented working style

• Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German

• Good PC user skills and, if possible, experience in electronic resident documentation (preferably also RAI knowledge)
