Finance and Accounting Specialist with Payroll (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You prepare annual financial statements and quarterly reports
You assist with invoicing
You manage payroll accounting and asset accounting
You process and assist in the preparation of budgets
You support audits by various control bodies
You prepare quarterly VAT returns
You monitor compliance with the GAV regulations in the area of security services
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training with further education as a specialist in finance and accounting (federal diploma) or a comparable qualification
You bring at least three to four years of professional experience in accounting
You have very good knowledge of the ERP software Abacus (payroll accounting, accounts payable/receivable, personnel and order management)
You have solid skills in IT applications (Office 365)
You communicate at a native level in German; knowledge of Italian and French is an advantage
