• You initiate and lead projects to further develop the public transport offer for bus and train as well as new and complementary mobility services.
• You analyse and interpret data on public transport and prepare the results clearly and illustratively, for example on demand, service indicators, mobility behaviour, quality and customer satisfaction.
• You further develop our data bases as well as monitoring/controlling instruments and thus create important foundations for service planning, impact control and well-founded decision-making.
• You coordinate public transport projects with overarching plans and specific infrastructure projects, bringing in the interests of the VVL.
• Depending on your workload, interests and strengths, you take responsibility for further future topics such as digitalisation in public transport, Mobility-as-a-Service, quality or capacity management.
• You work closely with transport companies, municipalities, the canton and other internal and external partners.
• You prepare reports, presentations and statements and communicate complex issues clearly and concisely.

• You have a university degree (Uni, ETH, FH) in mobility, spatial planning or a comparable field.
• You bring expertise in transport planning and project management and ideally have several years of experience in public transport.
• You have a strong affinity for data and numbers, think analytically and know how to derive meaningful insights from complex data bases. You enjoy data analysis and visualisation and are motivated to familiarise yourself with new applications and methods.
• You have experience and enjoy collaborating and coordinating with different stakeholders and interest groups (politics, administration, business, regional development agencies, transport companies, passengers, associations, etc.).
• You work goal-oriented, independently, structured and with a high awareness of quality.
• You are a committed, team-oriented, motivated, communicative personality who convincingly represents their viewpoints.
• You express yourself confidently in spoken and written German.
