Within the Commercial division, the Mobility & Services department ensures the best connection and accessibility of the airport and a positive customer experience across all mobility offerings. As Team Leader of the Central Parking & Access (ZPZ), you lead and develop a motivated team and ensure the smooth operation of mobility, logistics, and access solutions. The focus is on the 7x24-hour operation of a modern and airport-critical control centre.

Your job destination

• Professional and personnel management of 16 employees
• Ensuring high service quality across all customer contact channels of the ZPZ Responsibility for the operational management of daily business and ensuring smooth operational processes of the Central Parking & Access (ZPZ) during 7/24
• Participation in operational shift work (7/24) with approximately 40% workload
• Reliable personnel deployment planning and forward-looking resource planning to ensure stable operation of the ZPZ
• Creation and review of process documentation related to customer interactions performed by ZPZ employees (on-site, intercom, telephone, and email) as well as operational tasks (inspection and maintenance work and 1st level support)
• Responsibility for compliance with processes, guidelines, and quality standards within the ZPZ
• Implementation of appropriate measures for continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency

Your skills in your luggage

• Completed basic training with further education in leadership, hospitality, facility management, or a comparable field
• Several years of leadership experience with strong leadership competencies
• Motivating and assertive leadership personality, with organisational talent and excellent communication skills as well as high customer and team orientation
• Experience in personnel planning and operational management, preferably with 7x24-hour operation
• Very good German skills and good English skills (C1 level)
