Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to develop modern IT landscapes and independently drive demanding infrastructure projects forward? In this role, you will implement individual solutions for business customers and ensure that cloud services, Microsoft technologies, and network infrastructures work together optimally. From planning through technical implementation to handover to operations, you will apply your expertise purposefully and continuously develop existing IT environments.
Responsibilities:
Planning and realisation of versatile ICT infrastructure projects with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
Building, modernising, and migrating cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
Implementation of Microsoft Teams telephony as well as integration of contemporary communication and telephony solutions.
Support and optimisation of networks, including WLAN, switching, routing, VPN, and firewalls.
Development of technical solution concepts, customer consulting, and support in complex cases in 2nd and 3rd level support.
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in system engineering, as an ICT engineer, or in a comparable technical role.
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, especially with Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and technologies such as identity management, compute, networking, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Solid knowledge of network technology and IT security solutions, especially with VPN, WLAN, routing, switching, and firewall systems.
Analytical and structured approach, strong customer orientation, and the ability to independently and solution-orientedly implement technical projects.
