In this entry-level product management role, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of Industry 4.0, automation, and smart factories. Together with experienced colleagues, you will gradually take on responsibility for your own topics and develop into a competent contact person in international product management. You will work on technologically leading products, learn to analyse markets and customer needs, and support the successful further development and marketing of our sensor solutions.

What I do

• You support product management in the maintenance and further development of our product portfolio.
• You analyse markets, applications, and technology trends and prepare decision-making bases for product development.
• You assist in creating marketing materials and positioning our products in the international market.
• You support the international sales team with product training, information, and technical know-how during the launch of new sensor solutions.
• You work closely with development, production, sales, and marketing and gain insights into all relevant interfaces.
• You continuously develop your expertise and gradually grow into a more responsible role in product management.

What it takes

• You have a technical university degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally with an interest in business management issues.
• You bring initial experience in product management of technically demanding products.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written.
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and bring initiative and willingness to learn.
• You want to develop further in product management and take on responsibility.
• You enjoy working with people from different cultures and like to operate in an international environment.
