IT Solutions Team Lead (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You manage the intake of new IT requests, prioritise them, and coordinate further processing with the Solutions Partner.
- In this role, you are responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, effort estimation, and implementation in line with architecture and cost guidelines.
- As IT Solutions Team Lead, you oversee implementations through to transition into operations, ensuring high performance, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- You act as the professional Application Steward for regional applications, develop roadmaps, and identify opportunities for application consolidation.
- In this role, you support the further development of technology roadmaps, monitor trends, and recommend innovative solutions to increase efficiency and business value.
- You build strong interfaces with business units and IT teams and accompany change and communication measures for the successful introduction of new solutions.
Qualifications:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable field.
- You have at least 7 years of professional experience in IT business partnering, project management, or implementation of enterprise solutions.
- You are familiar with IT governance, demand management, and service delivery frameworks such as ITIL or Agile, as well as tools like Accolade and ServiceNow.
- You are skilled at translating business requirements into viable technology solutions – including requirements gathering, feasibility analyses, and business case creation.
- You excel in communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills in both German and English.
- You have proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure IT solutions as well as managing application performance and user experience with clearly measurable business benefits.
