Autocorner SA is a recognised family business active in the automotive distribution of the brands Audi, Skoda and BYD. With nearly 120 employees, 5 dealerships and 2 used car centres in the cantons of Vaud and Valais, we continue our growth with passion and ambition.

BYD is a cutting-edge technology brand, still very little represented in Switzerland, synonymous with innovation, design and sustainable mobility, and we are looking for the person who will welcome our customers.

Main mission

As a Receptionist / Host, you are the first point of contact and the image of the brand and the company.

You ensure a professional and warm welcome and contribute to our customers' satisfaction. Your role is essential to guarantee a smooth and quality customer experience within our dealership.

Your tasks

• Welcome customers, respond to their requests and direct them to the relevant colleague or department
• Handle telephone reception and manage the switchboard
• Ensure the comfort of customers present in the lounge / reception area
• Maintain a tidy and impeccable reception area
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for the various Group dealerships
• Carry out certain administrative tasks related to vehicle sales
• Support sales advisors during vehicle deliveries

Your profile

• You are willing to work every Saturday (with another day off during the week)
• You have a genuine interest in reception and customer relations
• Commercial training (AFP, CFC or equivalent)
• First experience in reception and/or sales administration, ideally in the automotive or hospitality sector
• You are friendly, dynamic and comfortable in human contact, with an excellent presentation
• You are service- and customer satisfaction-oriented
• Comfortable with IT tools and administrative tasks
• Interest in the automotive field
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and ease in English at reception or on the phone; another language is an asset (German, Portuguese, Italian, etc.)
• Organised, reliable, honest and motivated person
• Valid driving licence
• Resident in the region
