Draughtsperson: Architecture Specialisation 60-100%
Immediate start or by arrangement | Location Maienfeld

What you will do with us:

• Creating building application, execution and detail plans

• Plan processing and drawing creation with ArchiCAD

• Preparing and submitting building applications

• Clarifying authority and approval matters

• Supporting construction management and architecture in daily project work

• Maintaining project documentation

• Taking responsibility for smaller projects independently

• Creating visualisations and marketing plans

• Possibility of working in Davos or Savognin

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training as a draughtsperson EFZ or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience

• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD as well as MS Office programmes

• Independent, responsible and efficient way of working

• Structured and interconnected thinking as well as goal-oriented action

• Openness and motivation for exciting timber construction projects
