Heavy Goods Vehicle Mechanic (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an automotive maintenance mechanic, ideally specialising in commercial vehicles, automotive mechatronics technician specialising in commercial vehicles, or equivalent technical training
• Professional experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy goods vehicles, commercial vehicles or similar machinery
• Experience in using diagnostic tools and devices
• Attention to detail, quality and well-executed work
• Logical mindset and good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Autonomy, ability to work in a team, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Heavy vehicle driving licence (category C/CE): an advantage
• Motivation to train in new technologies and sector developments

• Carry out maintenance, servicing and repair work on heavy goods vehicles and commercial vehicles
• Perform diagnostics and identify mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
• Carry out general mechanical work: brakes, suspension, transmission, clutch, engine, etc.
• Perform inspections and interventions in accordance with manufacturer specifications, including preventative measures to ensure vehicle reliability and safety
• Carry out repairs and replacement of defective parts
• Use diagnostic devices and tools specific to the field
• Ensure accurate documentation of work performed and collaborate with various workshop contacts
