About the job
For an established industrial company, we are looking for an experienced individual who leads the internal sales team and simultaneously gets involved in the operational day-to-day business.
Daily Business
- Professional & personnel management of the internal sales team
- Handling customer enquiries & orders
- Order confirmations as well as date & order changes
- Care & maintenance of existing customers
- Contact person for customer concerns
- Optimisation & documentation of processes
- Participation in strategic & operational topics
Your Background
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of leadership experience in internal sales
- Further training in sales, business administration or similar
- MS Office skills+++
- German+++, English+++, French an advantage
- Cooperative leadership style, confident appearance & team orientation
